Most Productive from Home
Working from home (WFH), I didn't feel the pressure to get out of there and get home, because I was already there. I wasn't constantly interrupted like I at the office. Any company that isn't embracing WFH, isn't looking hard enough at their bottom line. It's highly productive and great for the bottom line, as the productivity is astronomical. The Real Downside of WFH
The real downside was the lack of exercise and I found I put into too much work for the company. You had no reason to get dressed every day. Everybody I talked to about this has said the same thing. The company makes out like a bandit in the WFH situation.
Balance
I found the best was working from home 4 days a week and at the office at least once a week.
